Institutions The activity consists in
the formulation of ‘Integrated Territorial Development Plans’ and in the drawing
up of the relevant financing projects through the direct screening of the decisions
taken by the European Parliament, the central and local government.The constant
linkage with the various EU institutions (Council, Parliament, Commission) is
secured through the regional offices in Brussels and directly with the Directorates-General.
For each sector of activity, there is a working group made up of specialists in
Project Engineering, Socio-Economic Organization Plans, Territorial Logistics,
Industrial Activities Development Plans, Assistance to Institutions in connection
with Public Administration Management Problems, Training and Public Funding issues,
as well as with Territorial Marketing Planning.The activity, supported by social
and territorial research, has allowed the Consorzio to make the best use of the
funds available in the various sectors thanks to proper planning.The Province
(t.n. local government) of Latina and Frosinone, the Municipalities of Latina,
Ardea, Formia, Supino and Guarcino, the 13th Mountain Community, the agency Parco
Aurunci and various public bodies of the Region (t.n. local government) Campania
have requested the Consorzio’s assistance.The Consorzio has cooperated with the
province of Ferrara in a research on divested sites within the area-specific programme
‘From Divestment to Compatible Development’, in which all divested industrial
areas were identified in order to be requalified on the basis of projects implemented
in cooperation with entrepreneurs’ associations. On behalf of Pro.Svi. Promozione
e Sviluppo Latina, the Consorzio has carried out a research on the divested sites
in the province of Latina in order to recover and re-use them. For the Municipality
of Formia, it has drawn up a project for the requalification of the Gulf of Gaeta.
On behalf of the Chamber of Commerce of Latina, it has drawn up projects for the
optimisation of the supply chain Filiera ‘Bufalina’, of the typical products and
the agro-food sector. For ASPO Azienda Speciale Porti of the Gulf of Gaeta, it
has drawn up a programme aimed at the development of the Gulf of Gaeta. The programme
includes new infrastructures, the implementation of the three-year operational
plan, studies on the computerization of the Harbour and the delocation of industrial
activities.For the 13th Mountain Community, it has implemented the forest and
livestock reorganization plan and it has developed a plan for forestation, e-government,
rural roading, environmental awareness raising, rural development and rural infrastructures.The
Consorzio participates in the technical coordination of the area-specific plan
Ob. 2 System 7 Territorial area Province of Latina, which also involves 17 Municipalities,
the 13th Mountain Community, the Consorzio Sviluppo Industriale Rome-Latina, the
Chamber of Commerce, the Provincial Administration of Latina, and Pro.Svi Promozione
e Sviluppo Latina. In the region Latium, the Consorzio has concluded framework
agreements with CNA and Euroasi aimed at drafting plans for the ‘Delocation of
Firms’ on the basis of the analysis of the economic and industrial situation in
the region, the review of potential feasible initiatives, the coordination of
firms and local authorities efforts. In the field of advanced training, the Consorzio
cooperates, in the framework of the Pass programmes - notices 4, 5, 6, and 7/99,
with the University Federico II – L.U.P.T., Confcooperative – Unione Provinciale
of Naples. Consorzio Invenio is therefore able to assist bodies and institutions
in the drawing up of integrated development projects with the purpose of obtaining
the best mixture of funds for the investment plan and it can translate its screening
and information into economic and financial programmes. The final step of the
assistance consists in the drafting of ‘Final Projects’, in the supervision of
the progress made, in the implementation of quality and security systems.
