The services to firms are provided
by business professionals, expert in management, marketing, finance, logistics,
quality and security.The Consorzio can assist both individual and groups of entrepreneurs
in the drawing up and submission of projects eligible for funding. It also has
the resources to deal with the organization, management and marketing of a company
by applying new logistic and IT solutions. It draws up profit & loss forecasts
as well as marketing reports; it deals with the weighting of the financial plan
and the bureaucratic procedures. The results of these activities consist in the
working out of advanced marketing strategies that, thanks to non recoverable grants
and current financing, will bring organization, productivity and efficiency to
higher levels, which is necessary in order to operate in the new economy. Indeed,
Consorzio Invenio is able to obtain non recoverable grants under the European
Structural Funds for funding the various projects concerning the Law no. 488,
women's entrepreneurship, the Regional Objectives 1 and 2, the Tremonti Law. The
objectives of the projects can be new initiatives, enlargement, modernisation,
reorganization, reconversion, reactivation, transfer, technological innovation
and training. In order to better assist firms in drawing up their projects, Consorzio
Invenio has ratified agreements with various bodies and trading associations,
such as CNA Rome (t.n.: confederation of Italian craftsmen) that has 9,000 members,
and Euroasi whose 7,000 members are firms. Euroasi is responsible for the assistance
to firms and their access to the benefits envisaged for those who invest in depressed
and non depressed areas.
